The world has changed. For the past 35 years and recently with the help of my sons, I have been committing myself to ensure that: ALL of the raw materials for our beehive products are organic and come from genuinely rural environments, mostly in France. Our bees are protected and cared for with love. We manufacture almost everything ourselves in our small- scale honey laboratory in the middle of the countryside. Thanks to you, we are able to help maintain jobs in rural areas. Our natural health and beauty preparations contain the soul of our region and of our bees.

European and AB organic labels

The EU organic label was introduced on 1 July 2010. It replaces the AB label. They are both for food products and food supplements (honey, liquid propolis extract etc.). They certify that at least 95 % of the product’s ingredients are from organic farming.

Our health preparations and food supplements are certified organic. In addition to the AB logo, we are adding the European organic logo to our packaging.

THE 2 COSMÉBIO LABELS

Created in 2002, these are only for cosmetic and personal hygiene products, and guarantee that the products contain mostly organic ingredients and of natural origin. Ingredients derived from petrochemicals and GMOs are prohibited. These labels also cover manufacturing methods and the environment…

They guarantee that 95% of the ingredients are of natural origin (mineral, plant or marine), of which a minimum of 10% (and 95% minimum of the plant-based ingredients) are products of organic farming. 100% of our apicosmetic (beehive cosmetic) preparations and almost all of our hygiene products have Cosmébio certification.

• Health, beauty and the treasures of the countryside: we manufacture the majority of our preparations ourselves on site, in a rural set- ting.

• Extremely natural ingredients: visitors are often surprised at the small number of machines that we use. We use the power of time with gentle, non-destructive manual methods that preserve the precious active ingredients in our harvests, require little energy and do not result in the discharge of any pollutants. Naturally, we do not test our products on animals at any stage.

• Our ecological micro-manufacturing site operates according to the secular rhythms of nature. It is protected against electromagnetic pollution. The honey laboratory is equipped with photovoltaic panels for green energy.
