In 1964 Aldo Gandola, after a long and active business experience in the food and confectionery industry, founded at the age of 59, the Gandola company. He therefore specialized it in the field of chocolate creams, milk and nuts, bringing to the spread cream market the novelty of the “bicolor” product and, in semi-solid creams, the Cremino.

Thus began, with the help of his son Giorgio, the history of the Gandola company, which immediately began to work in the private label field and, qualitatively, placed itself as an alternative to the leading companies.
Since then, much progress has been made, and from the hamlet of Ponte San Marco the product has not only placed itself in the national market, but also in many foreign markets.

Throughout the years the company has developed its own productive and business policy in the production of chocolate, snacks and semi-processed products, keeping the layout given by the founder Aldo Gandola, that is “ quality at the right price and continuous renewal in the equipments and packaging ”.

Aldo Gandola left us in 2002 at the age of 97 and consequently the company was inherited by his son, now President of the company.

In 1978, at Rudiano, also in the province of Brescia, a biscuit factory was acquired. Now it is well placed in the market for traditional shortbread production, but especially in that of organic and functional products, always in the health field.

The Gandola group has therefore become an important venue in the distribution of food and confectionery.

A.D. Chini s.r.l. was founded in 1988 by Mr. Danilo Chini in Cles, a small villag in a beautiful valley in Trentino - South Tyrol, named Valle di Non. This valley is sorrounded by the beautiful Dolomites and it's a perfect scenario for the activity of our Company. A.D. Chini started producing healthy snacks, with excellent fresh fruit selections. All started with our "Persecche", typical thin dried slices of apple. Later our production became wider: mousse, fruit bars and several other products. In January 2014 we started with an organic line for products like fruit puree and apple chips and now we'll present you our Organic Fruit Bar. Our Mission is to deliver top quality healthy products, with no adittives, no added sugar, no preservatives. We produce top quality products derived from apple from Trentino - South Tyrol only (Km 0).

The vinegar company Acetificio A. Milano s.r.l. was established in 1889 and nowadays it is one of the main and oldest Italian factories, which perform in the vinegar-making field. The more than one century old experience goes with all productions, both the large scale industrial ones and the small scale specially brewed fine ones, combining technology and tradition, technique and skill.

The head production site is in Naples, close by the port and the junction of the main highways. The factory located in Modena represents the pride of the production of the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. The one century old oak casks, made of valuable wood, allow us to manage the complex aging process according to traditional methods, which are handed over from father to son.

Wine Vinegar, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Flavoured Vinegars and condiments, Glaze, Vino Cotto, Apple Vinegar, a complete Organic line make up our products range, which are offered in different formats and packaging, in order to satisfy the needs of all kinds of palates, even the most refined ones.

The production of Colourless Wine Vinegar for the pickling industry represents another interesting channel for the sale and the distribution.

The company is certified against the international product standard BRC – Global Standard for Food Safety . The production processes of the organic line comply with the organic production methods, which are orderly by the CE Regulation n. 834/07 and CCPB certified. Halal certification have been recently issued by the Islamic Centre of Milano.

Agriconserve REGA, a family company established in 1965, is based in the Heartland of the tomato industry near Naples . REGA transforms only organic tomatoes of Italian origin, in the Toscany and Apulian region.

REGA is organized in a food chain. The tomato growers are affiliated with the Cooperative TIERRE , that monitors the growers and gives them technical assistance. After the harvest in August/September the tomatoes are tranformed within 24 hours in the factory in Striano with renewable resources like waterrecycling and with solarpanels. REGA invests in high technology, recently REGA installed an advanced sterilizer and a brand new bottling-line.

REGA implements a policy of Sustainability, is approved by Bio Suisse. Bioagricert certifies REGA for EU, JAS and NOP.

The product range consists of peeled and diced tomatoes , tomato sauce(passata) and Pizza sauce , the regional special tomato San Marzano, Ready-to Cook sauces like Pizzasauce. All for Retail as well as for the Industry
