BIOLAIT

Founded in 1994, Biolait is an association of 750 farms producing organic cow milk, located all over France.

Biolait has been playing a great part on the French and European markets over the past years by offering organic raw milk as a premium raw material to dairy processors.

Total milk volume produced by members of Biolait in 2015: 148 million liters.

Export represents over 20% of our activity:

• Organic Skimmed Milk Powder (25-kg-bags or 1-ton-Big-Bags)

BIOLAIT only collects milk with Organic Agriculture certification and does so only within French territory.

In 2004, an HACCP procedure (milk quality monitoring) was established.

In 2014, a Quality Charter was implemented for better traceability and top quality.

• Flexible & secure supply

BIOLAIT delivers “à la carte” premium raw material to many processors throughout Europe, adapting to their operating constraints in order to achieve optimal profitability of production facilities. Delivered quantities range from only 400 liters per week up to over 10 trucks on the same day.
