Our chocolate is organically elaborated with cacao beans from trees that thrive under the canopy of the great and generous Atlhantic Rainforest, in Southern Bahia (Brazil) – the highest biodiversity per square meter of the planet. We respect cacao flavor through every step of the process: the forest; the trees and the producers who rise give to a chocolate of terroir, carrying unique aromas on each and every harvest.
Our process of production is vertically integrated, from tree to bar. We have na environmentally responsible management, from the organic cultivation of the fruit to the use of solar panels in the factory, with compensation of the caborn emissions and use of biodegradable packagings, printed with vegetable ink. We cherish for high quality standards: harvest on the appropriate time, careful selection, long fermentation and natural drying. And our recipes, roasting and conching are specifically defined for each diferent kind of cacao, aiming to obtain the best possible expression of aromas and flavor, with flawless shine and texture and the most of antioxidant powers of the fruit of the gods.
We are passionate about Cacao and environment. Our roots are the revival of the real chocolate and our mission is to spread the knowlodge and the flavor of the brazilian forests.
