Aalbæk Specialities, which is owned by Atria Denmark, has been producing organic salamis since 1920. The company specializes in organic charcuterie produced to the highest manufacturing standards based on Danish traditions and is today offering a very broad range of ‘additive free’ products to consumers. Our mission is to raise the bar in the category both in terms of perceived quality and innovation.

Aalbæk Specialties strongly believe in first class organic raw materials and spices and always avoid using any type of additives such as nitrate salt.
