AESA is an organic olive-oil mill that elaborates BIO Extra Virgin Olive Oil having at its disposal the most modern control equipment.

AESA is dedicated to organic production and commercialization of food, having Bio Extra Virgin Olive Oil as the star product which is produced at our modern designed olive-oil mill with the most advanced technologies in the core of Sierra de Alcaraz.

AESA is born out of the union of several olive grove exploitations who aim to be at olive oil top quality market vanguard, with flavour and health as main concerns.

Nowadays it has 88 members with almost 1.000 olive grove hectares each, cultivated under strict organic norms.
